Postmark is located in Farringdon, but also close to Clerkenwell and Chancery Lane.
The project by Taylor Wimpey is a 6 acre site, creating nearly 700 homes alongside 20,000 sq ft of commercial space. Commercial units vary in size from c.1,000 sq ft up to 3,500 sq ft.
The vision for the commercial is to create an active community by servicing not only the residents onsite, but also the residents and office workers all around Postmark. The mix of tenants we envisage includes, a small grocery stores, cafe/bakery, restaurant and services such as florist, dentist or hair salon.
Units available in Phase 1, which is available for occupation now are c.1,000 sq ft although can be combined, and we are quoting £35 psf.
