We have experienced an increase in demand for both London neighbourhood locations and nationally, where we’ve seen lots of activity with lettings in Guildford, Windsor, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Birmingham, Reading and Leeds.
The increase in footfall and turnover in our regional towns and Cities has also been identified by our investment team, who have seen a growth in interest from buyers for strong regional locations.
