Bruce Gillingham Pollard Appointed to Lease New Retail & Hospitality Arches at Kilburn Mews by Places for London
Places for London, the property company of Transport for London (TfL), has appointed leading commercial property leasing agency Bruce Gillingham Pollard as the exclusive leasing agent for Kilburn Mews – a newly redeveloped retail and hospitality destination set beneath the Metropolitan line in North West London.
New Commercial Spaces Available in Kilburn Mews
Strategically located between Kilburn High Road and Loveridge Road, Kilburn Mews is a unique regeneration project transforming a series of historic railway arches into vibrant commercial units. Currently undergoing significant refurbishment, the development will offer 12 high-profile commercial spaces to let, ideal for:
- Independent retail stores
- Artisan cafés and restaurants
- Health, wellbeing and fitness studios
- Boutique service providers
Each unit benefits from a pedestrianised public realm, high visibility, and strong footfall, being directly opposite Kilburn Underground Station (Jubilee Line) and close to key transport links.
Designed to revitalise underutilised urban infrastructure, Kilburn Mews aims to become a thriving destination for shopping, dining and socialising in one of London’s most diverse and dynamic neighbourhoods.
Tracey Pollard, Founding Director at Bruce Gillingham Pollard, said:
“Kilburn Mews represents a unique opportunity for retailers, restaurants and wellness operators to establish themselves within a vibrant and growing community in North London. We’re excited to curate a compelling mix of occupiers that will reflect and enhance the area’s character.”
Jo Fisher, Head of Arches at Places for London, added:
“We manage over 850 railway arches across the capital and are proud to transform previously hidden spaces into thriving commercial hubs. Partnering with Bruce Gillingham Pollard ensures we attract the right tenants to Kilburn Mews, creating long-term value for local communities and businesses.”
