BGP has appointed Emily Dumbell as a Director.

She has been with the firm since 2012 and, following her recent return from maternity leave, will lead the business’s new London Neighbourhoods team.

The London Neighbourhoods team will specialise in advising on bringing a wide range of retail, leisure, wellness and other amenity uses such as health, childcare and co-working to locations around the capital. It is already working with major owners on projects in St John’s Wood, Wimbledon, Queen’s Park, Ealing and Wandsworth.
