BGP have acted on behalf of Taylor Wimpey to secure Mousetail Coffee who have taken an internal unit within the residential marketing suite at Postmark. The letting will help to drive footfall into the marketing suite giving prospective buyers a better and more unique experience, whilst also acting as an anchor for the remaining commercial units.
Postmark is a development by Taylor Wimpey located in Farringdon consisting of 650 new homes and 24,000 sq ft of commercial space. BGP are instructed on the entirety of the commercial elements with the Phase 1 leasing campaign about to commence.
