Latest addition to James Street…

We are delighted to have acted for Columbia Threadneedle in the letting to BAO Mary, the latest addition to James Street, the food hub at St Christopher’s Place. Located between Hoppers and Patty and Bun, the amazing team at BAO have created their 6th site, a dumpling heaven in the heart of the West End.

We love that each Bao focuses on a different element of Taiwanese food, therefore avoiding the cookie cutter feel which can happen as restaurants expand. Whilst there are core favourites at each of the restaurants, each has a separate reason to visit, e.g., Borough focusing on Bao and Shoreditch on noodles.

At BAO Mary, the menu focuses on dumplings, served in multiple ways, the menus also include Taiwanese’s Street food classics and of course, their famous Bao buns.

The fit out doesn’t disappoint either, with a beautiful, clean simple fit out, you associate with BAO, plus you get the benefit of external seating to enjoy a little people watching on James Street.
